Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS : Reservations are made directly through Segura y Jimena,S.L., located in Calle Jaen , Edf Tome II , Local nº 3 , 29780 Nerja , Málaga , Spain .

PAYMENT: 25 % of the total rent by bank transfer to confirm booking and the rest of the payment in advance or on the day of arrival in cash .

This system will be implemented in most stocks , however there are other system properties .

SCHEDULE AND OUT : Unless otherwise agreed by the time of entry to the property can be made from 16.00 and the output should be made before 10.00am .

KEY COLLECTION : Upon receipt of the deposit the customer will receive before arrival date driving directions directly to the property and instructions for key collection .


In the event of cancellation of the booking will not be refunded in any case the deposit paid .

Cancellation charges:
Once confirmed : the deposit paid
1 month prior to arrival: 50% of the total reservation

Rental housing days / weeks contracted
Normal consumption of electricity, water and gas to you.
Taxes ( 10% VAT)
Property Cleaning
Change of bed linen and bath towels in half of stay for reservations of 9 nights or more . ( in almost all our accommodations , for others the minimum stay for this service will be 2 weeks)

DEPOSIT: 200 Euros to be paid on arrival or at the time of the remaining cost of the reservation. In the event that you transfer the money advance 100% of the reservation will be sent along with it.

After the departure of the client and checked the property without any fault or damage by the customer will be refunded the deposit by bank transfer.


a) When booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible to make a statement to the people who will be staying the property ( without missing children ) . In no case will a greater number of people than the maximum occupancy of the accommodation provided by our agency . Nerjazul therefore reserves the right to not allow people in excess of this maximum occupancy , not to accept the booking or vacate the property .

b ) The customer is responsible for the proper use of the accommodation , facilities , furniture, equipment and energy consumption during their stay in it. In the event of damage being caused the amount of repair / replacement exceeds the deposit collected will be claimed directly to the customer


Safe and Jimena is not responsible :

- From the temporary suspension of local services such as electricity, water or gas. / From any inconvenience caused by the disturbance of neighbors of any kind and at any time. / From the unavailability of any general service , television , swimming pools , access, etc / Of the damage caused by improper use of any electrical washing machine, dishwasher, kettle , coffee machine , etc. .

CHANGES IN RESERVE (before and during stay)

Jimenase Safe and reserves the right to substitute accommodation booked by other similar or better characteristics when caused by conditions beyond Jimena or Segura and Segura and Jimena which has no influence , accommodation could not be occupied .
In case the client does not accept the alternative offered , Segura and Jimena refund the customer the payment already made for the days not .

PETS: As a general rule, pets are not accepted in most of the properties , except that Nerjazul has consented to it and under a security deposit of 150 Euros for each pet.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS , booking and purchase of our services includes the explicit responsibility on behalf of clients of the rules and conditions set by the agency as a contract
